Meet The Team

Arati Shah-Yukich

Co-Founder & Exec Director

Since 2005, Arati has been on a relentless mission to find and build alignments among people who have the right understanding, experience, and persistence to catalyze solutions that are ecologically and economically equitable and sustainable.  This led her to create the non-profit Clean Energy and Water for All (more in the link below). Now CEWA has morphed and expanded its scope to become the "CO-SOLVE Collective."

 

Arati brings to CO-SOLVE her dedication to addressing social and ecological problems, as well as three decades of career in building collaborative platforms as an organizational developer in high-tech engineering firms. Moreover, as a composer, a solo vocal Indian musician, and a sound healing practitioner she creates performing arts collaborations that connect international participants for artistic works of ecological and social themes that have been performed at Lehigh University and Princeton University.

Arati has a Ph.D. in Biophysics from MIT, USA.

Shashi Enarth

Co-Founder & Board of Director

Shashi Enarth comes to CO-SOLVE with a mix of academic and professional experience. From 1986- 2000 he worked with three well-known NGOs in India (co-founding one of them). 

 

Having been an international consultant to the World Bank projects in Nigeria, Tanzania and India and as the Graduate Program Director at the School of Public Policy and Global Affairs at University of British Columbia. Shashi brings to COSOLVE his decades-long understanding of the political economy of vulnerable communities, diagnosing systemic problems, situating it in the policy landscape and bringing together globally sourced best practices.

Shashi has a Ph.D. fin Developmental Economics rom University of British Columbia, Canada.

John Moody

Co-Founder & Board of Director

A creative director, an urban designer, and a filmmaker focused on creating places of inclusion and imagination, John brings to CO-SOLVE innovative approaches that emphasize people’s lived experiences and collective storytelling. 

 

John has played a pivotal role in helping designers, organizations, and cities to find hidden power in their work and to catalyze progressive transformation in their environments to catalyze progressive transformation in their environments.   

 

John has a M.S. degree from MIT's Department of Urban Architecture and Planning

Anisha Mason

Board of Director

Anisha is the Senior Vice President of Program/ Portfolio Management and M&A Integration at Salesforce.com.

 

She has had extensive experience with driving operational and transformational change and driving strategy to execution.

 

She brings to CO-SOLVE her passion for empathy and listening to those we hope to serve and creative thinking to advance sustainable and positive change to the underserved and under-resourced communities of India

Neilay Shah

Board of Director

Neilay is a newly minted lawyer based in Philadelphia, PA. He graduated summa cum laude from the Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he was a Barrack Scholar and was inducted to the Order of the Coif.

 

Before becoming a lawyer, Neilay studied the history of global capital and theories of development at Haverford College, the London School of Economics, and independently as a freelance writer. Neilay brings to CO-SOLVE his wide variety of work experiences, which range from analyzing social impact investments to moving furniture and loading ships in the Port of Philadelphia.

Dr. Dileep Mavalankar

DIRECTOR of Indian Institute of Public Health, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India.

Given that better livelihoods and shelters are key factors upon which the quality of public health outcomes largely rest,  Dr. Mavalankar has been an early supporter of CO-SOLVE.  He advises and connects the CO-SOLVE team to suitable entities, programs, and resources.

Sanjay Sharma

Sanjay Sharma is founder and CEO of Manjari Foundation. Under Sanjay's leadership Manjari Foundation has empowered more than 1 Lakh rural women to form successful livelihood enterprises that are self-governed and strong market players in their sectors (agriculture, food processing, women's garments, and more). 

 

Sanjay's scale of work in capacity building in rural women has earned global and national recognition (Ford Foundation Fellow and Ashoka Fellow).  

​

Co-Solve and Manjari Foundation have partnered on cold chain solution for small-scale vegetable growers agriculture enterprises, and more projects are under consideration.  Earlier in 2022 Sanjay has accepted to be on the board of Sah Karyam.

Rajesh Jasoria, P.E.

Rajesh Jasoria is a board of director of Sah Karyam Foundation.  Rajesh's passion for addressing the social and ecological problems as well as his professional experience and contacts as a practicing chartered Civil Engineer have enabled Co-Solve to formalize Sah Karyam Foundation.  Rajesh has been instrumental in creating a collective of construction industry professionals, institutes, and civic society champions in the sustainable building and construction industries as well as in promoting the novel model of shelters and services for the migrant workers.

Kalpana Sutaria

Kalpana Sutari is a Registered Architect, LEED-AP (BD+C), PMP, a Project Manager with the Department of Public Works at City of Austin, Texas.

​

An eight-time award winner for a number of achievements at City of Austin where Kalpana has made her mark in the planning and LEED architecture projects in Austin, her career has been  intensifying to lobby for public and political will to address the climate change crisis.  She is a full member of the Austin Chapter of the Citizens' Climate Lobby as she also is authoring a book on the climate change by weaving her personal life story that began in India where she earned a bachelor's degree from School of Architecture in Ahmedabad, and MS in Architecture from the Uni. of Austin, Texas.

Kalpana brings to Co-Solve her deep professional experience in LEED architecture, building stakeholder participation processes and lessons learned in city planning, sustainable architecture, lobby and activism for climate change, and in mobilizing the resources.

Dr. Saurabh Chokshi.jpg
Dr. Saurabh Chokshi

Dr Saurabh Chokshi has been an early supporter of CO-SOLVE.  He brings his spiritual commitment coupled with his business, social, and financial resources to  expand and guide CO-SOLVE.   

 

Dr. Chokshi ihas been a practicing cardiologist in Tampa Bay, USA.  He is serving as the Director of the Cardiac Catheterization laboratory of Tampa General Hospital currently Clinical Assistant Professor of University of South Florida (USF) in the cardiology fellowship program. He has published more than 80 papers in peer-reviewed journals and written book chapters in a cardiology text book.
 

Dr. Chokshi has received certification training in Yoga through SVYASA institute and Ayurveda certification. He propagates his passion for holistic approach to health throughout Tampa Bay area and across the continent.  He has an MBA, and is a philanthropist and a board of director of a nonprofit charitable - Light the Candle Foundation.
